What to do for a possible urethra muscular tear?
I coughed really hard mid stream this morning and felt a painful sharp pain about mid shaft of my penis. About three hours later I used the bathroom again and the sharp pain came back with a little bit of diluted blood. Later this afternoon I went pee and at first it didint hurt then bam sharp pain again but no blood from what I could tell but its extremely painful but stops when I stop peeing. I haven't gone pee since cuz I'm scared what can I do? Do I need to seek medical attention? And how long should that pain last durning the healing?
