Testicular discomfort and rotation.

About half a year ago a strange feeling developed in my testicles over the course of a day. I thought it was torsion so I went to the hospital and they told me nothing was wrong and I should see my doctor if the pain persisted.

The pain did persist so I saw my doctor. I had also noticed that my right testicle felt like it was the wrong way round. The part where the cord joins the epididymus and the epididymyus itself felt as if it was facing outwards, not inwards as my left testicle was. I explained this to the doctor so he did a physical exam and couldn't find anything wrong.
He sent me to have an ultrasound and that didn't bring up anything unusual either.

I have now been told to way 3 months and then come back if the pain is still there. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what this could be? I'll list my symptoms for ease of reading:

- Feeling of discomfort similar to tightness
- Tight scrotal sack
- Right testicle feels as if it is the wrong way round
- Occasional periods of an aching feeling
- Generally gets worse as the day goes on

Yes I plan to, my GP has told me to give it another month then come back if things haven't improved. I'm in the UK so to get an appointment with a specialist, I need a referral.
