Testicular swelling/discomfort

To whom it may concern:
10 years ago, I had a varicocele surgery and since then, the pain on my left testicle dissapeared.
Now, I am afraid that because of my active sexual life and perhaps of excessive masturbation, I feel a swelling and a lot of discomfort on the left testicle again. But this thime, it feels like the left testicle is submerge or surrounded by fluids and it is not the same pain as the one I had when I had the varicocele. In addition, every time I masturbate, it causes a lot of pain and discomfort.
My question is what could be the source of this discomfort?
What are the consequences of excessive masturbation? Can it be the case that the varicocele reincurred?
What is the treatment for this type of discomfort (feeling that the left testicle is liquid or surrounded by fluids)?
Thank you very much for your help and/or suggestions...
