Thunderous Headache

I'm 17. I'll say it right out, I masturbate. My problem is that 3 days ago, my neck, about level with the jawline if you take your fingers and follow the invisible line from the jawbone to the spine, from that line to the crown of my head, and all the way inward to about 3" from my eyes, becomes the biggest site of pain I've ever experienced before in my life. And the headache lasts roughly four hours. The pain is excruciating, like a concussion. Speaking of, I played football and have had a concussion before. I've decided to abstain from masturbation for a week (<tough decision eh?XD). Anyways, I'm wondering if this is a kind of headache I should consult my family physician about. The headache doesn't come just when i masturbate either. Since it started, I've not been able to workout, or otherwise strain myself physically. Oddly, yesterday it was hurting at a party, where I'd just armwrestled a guy. But the odd thing is is that I participated in a wrestling match where I banged my head against the ground so hard I saw stars, and the headache disappeared. What could this possibly be?! Please Help!

I have given blood with the Red Cross post headaches, and they have taken my blood with no qualms concerning any blood pressure which was 119 over 72. Currently, I have received no headaches, oddly enough they stopped after I gave blood. I have had brief times since they've stopped where my tongue feels a bit numb, but no worse than if someone rubbed it with Icy-Hot or any other product containing menthol. I've not masturbated hardly at all because I've recently been getting enough action to not have any need for it. The pressure briefly does flash from time to time, but no headaches like I dealt with only a month ago. I changed diet as well to a higher protein diet. I get 30 grams of protein in the morning, with 15 grams of accompanying carbs, as well as 18 grams of fiber. Lunch is a salad with bits of dark meat in it, as well as egg whites (boiled egg style), afternoon snack is a Muscle milk of 20 grams of protein, and dinner is usually Tilapia or Salmon with steamed broccoli and some Jasmine Rice. I don't know maybe there is a correlation between diet change and the headaches disappearing.

I honestly think you should see a doctor.  Let them know this is new for you.  I would actually think an MRI looking for an aneurysm would be in order.  I have had migraines before, but not cluster headaches.  It doesn't sound like my migraines.  The fact it always starts with pressure sounds like a blood pressure issue or aneurysm to me.
