UTI in men?

I am stressed out.

First off I am a male in a gay relationship. Last week, I engaged in anal sex unprotected with my partner. It was a night of drinking and he wasn't clean and we didn't shower nor did he douche. After engaging in anal sex for about 10-15 minutes I was unable to finish due to being slightly intoxicated. The next day, in the late afternoon I started getting a slight painful urination. Which is about 12-18 hours after incident.

Is it possible that it is a UTI brought on by e-coli?

I am stressed because we have been together for 2 1/2 years, and a few months back when we were fighting I received a ******** from someone. I went to the std clinich last week to make sure and anxiously waiting results. I don't want to lose my partner. The clinic noted white blood cells in my swab test and prescribed me medicine for GNU and have to wait 2 more days now to make sure its not Chlamydia.

What are the chances it is just a UTI and nothing  like Chlamydia or Herpes or another STD?

Hello,
For such itching sensation, fungal infection or jock itch is an important possibility. Keep your groin area dry and keep a separate towel for yourself. Most forms of jock itch respond to over-the-counter products, which contain any of several basic ingredients: miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine, and clotrimazole.

Thank you, I saw a doctor and they believe it is a UTI brought on by Ecoli.

All my test came back negative for STD. I didn't get tested for Herpes, and I've notice a lot of bumps form on my tongue and under. Also, my pubic region has started to itch. Is it possible to be Herpes?

Hello,
It can be due to urethral trauma after a rough anal intercourse or due to urinary tract infection but without investigations, it is very difficult to rule out Chlamydia. Most males with Chlamydia do not have any symptoms at all.

It is possible to get false positive or false negative results with the standard tests for Chlamydia. Hence it would be wise to opt for specific tests for Chlamydia which include Nucleic acid amplification tests (NAAT, to find the genetic material of Chlamydia), Nucleic acid hybridization tests (DNA probe test, Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA, EIA), Direct fluorescent antibody test (DFA) or chlamydia culture.
