Urinary Pain

I have had pain with urinating for quite some time. Negative urine cultures, but lots of WBC's in sample. I recently had a cystoscopy and the doctor found nothing abnormal and was able to rule out IC. My urethra was very constricted so he did a dilation. I am now almost a week post op and am still having a painful urge to urinate as well as pain trying to start urination. Could this be pelvic floor? Any help is appreciated. My follow up appointment is next week and I'm trying to get in with a PT for evaluation. I'm just not sure what else my URO can do. I feel very tight in my pelvic area.
