Urinary problem with itching, burn, pain and frequency

I usually don't post on these and just read, but I feel like I'm Running out of options here and I'm getting scared

I am a 38 male who has been with the same woman, my wife for almost 15 yrs.
I started having a itching, burning, pain inside the head of my penis a lil over two weeks ago. I also had noticed frequent urination and an urgency to go a lot especially right after I urinated and at night several times. I have also experienced minor pains in my sides, back, and groin after I urinate and cramp like pains in my abdomen when I have to urinate. I have always had minor itching down there on the outside, but it was usually from sweat or not cleaning myself immediately after masturbating or having sex and it would go away.

I have changed my diet dramatically from beer, coffee, sodas, spices, ect. to drinking at least 8 bottles of water a day, cranberry juice, and eating non agitating foods, I've also been taking cranberry extract every other day.

I have been to two doctors and one urologist, the first doctor did a urinalysis culture test and checked my abdomen, sides and back saying it could be Prostatitis from my symptoms I mentioned, the test came back negative for bacteria or infection. She also prescribed me Ciprofloaxin which I have not taken due to fear of side affects and I have severe anxiety already along with panic attacks.

The second doctor I visited in the ER when I was on vacation and was having severe urinating problems, he also did a urinalysis culture test which came back negative and checked my groin, back, sides, abdomen and also checked my prostate which was normal.

After I returned home I started to feel a lil better with mild symptoms and going to bathroom a lot only when I drank a lot of water cont. on track with my diet with the exception of one cup of coffee and masturbating twice which only irritated it more so I stopped.

Yesterday I went to a urologist who also checked everything with the exception of prostate and urinalysis culture since they were already checked, he suggested to cut down on the water intake thinking I might be over feeling my bladder too much and to only drink two bottles of water instead of eight. I also requested a ultrasound test to have my kidneys checked and will be going soon to have that done. I tried the cutting back on water but it only made it worst.

I have already been tested for STD's a few times over 6 yrs. ago with negative results and had a similar itching problem at that time which was actually an allergic reaction to some soap/detergent products we were using. Since that time I have had no major issues.

I am seriously at a loss here and don't know what to do, could it be something I'm missing, perhaps a yeast infection but wouldn't that show up in the urinalysis test, all I know is this is very miserable living this way.

Ok well I guess it cuts off the post after so many post or something, my apologies

Here's the rest

2nd step: Eating right, wife and I hit up the grocery store the night before and I started off the morning with some (whole grain oatmeal and blueberries to naturally sweeten it) NO SUGAR, next I ate some (Activia probiotic yogurt) make sure it's PROBIOTIC or has no sugar added, at the same time I'm drinking bottled water to stay hydrated and flush myself out like I have been doing, for dinner we had steamed vegetables with asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, fresh green beans not the ones in a can, and topped with garlic cloves with oven grilled shrimp on the side, delicious meal and very healthy.

3rd step: This next step made a HUGE difference from what I had been experiencing before, it might sound crazy, but I used Monistat 3 you know that stuff females use but I found that males use it too and it's highly recommended so I figured what the hell, so nervous as all hell I put a smidge of the cream not a whole lot all around my penis, especially the tip and head and then some on my testicles, after I did this I felt a lil tingling and slight burn or itching on the outside but it's expected cause that means it's working.

That's a small price to pay for instant relief and peace of mind afterwards ,usually I would urinate frequently accompanied with a aggravating burn and itch leaving me to feel like I had to pee again but after I applied that I didn't feel that major pain, urgency or irritation before or after I went, it's not a quick fix and there is still slight agitation but NOTHING like before.

I'm not a doctor and this is just one guys suggestion if you've tried everything else like I have almost, I took a chance and it seems to be the best resolution for me at this point so when the doctors have no clue and your on your own it seems left to suffer you have to take matters into your own hands.

I would suggest if your not 100% sure always check with your doctor, but hey I'm not using Antibiotic crap and I'm not cured yet, but this has certainly gave me a new lease on life and my symptoms from the itching and burning are barely even noticeable at this stage.

Update: I'm so sorry, it seems like I didn't copy and paste all of the above post

Ok well it's been almost a week and still no response here so guess I'm flying solo

Anyways, so after ruling everything out and about to go insane my wife and I looked into yeast infections and I wanted to suggest this to any MALE sufferers out there that are experiencing itching inside the penis, around the head or tip and around their genitals accompanied by burning or pain when urinating and you have no clue what it is while at the same time you've exhausted all your options and have been checked for everything it seems.

Even if it's minor symptoms and doesn't look like much doesn't mean it's not there trust me, I never thought I would be suffering from a yeast infection but it seems that might be the culprit, to start off my penis and genitals look very normal with slight redness compared to the horrors images I've seen on the internet, so never even considered yeast infection.

So this is what I did yesterday and found instant relief!!!!!!!

1st step: took a shower which is good to do daily, stay CLEAN down there, before I jumped in the shower I trimmed my pubes cause they were way too long and that hair can really blocked the flow of air and trap in moisture, TRIM don't SHAVE cause it will itch like crazy, when taking a shower use fragrance free sensitive skin regular soap, I use Tone or Aleveeno, find what works for you, after you shower dry your gentitals first and make sure that areas completely dry with no wetness or moisture, wear loose clothing and cotton underwear if possible.

Update: Recently I have been noticing pain and discomfort in my left testicle mainly and some in groin too more so then anything else lately especially after I urinate with a weak stream, but it's all been checked and there is no sign of them being swollen ect.

A lot of times I get pain or discomfort in different places which is usually indigestion/gas so it's very hard to distinguish as well. The irritating itching inside penis cont. when I have to urinate and after I urinate, it seems as if when urine sets in the urethra it itches bad but most of the time it can't be helped when I'm on the go or sleeping.

I also wanted to add that I have no rash, bumps, or anything on the outer parts or anywhere else, just minor itching in genitals as mentioned above.

Also if the doctor checked my prostate, would that rule out prostatitis??

Any advice is very much appreciated and if anything I hope my situation can reach out to anyone else suffering from this as well.
