Urine test results

My urine test results show leukocyte esterase 2+ wbc 21-50/HPF RBC 3-5/HPF epithelial cells few bacteria 1+ also 50-100.000 CFU/ML mixed urogenital flora.  What does the results mean thank you

Any medical professionals out there who can answer this? There's mention of 50,000 - 100,000 CFU/mL (CFU = Colony Forming Units) which indicates bacteria present in the urine, so from my somewhat limited knowledge, it does sound like you have some type of urinary tract infection...
