hello i am 25yrs of age, i was trying jelqing exercise i saw on the internet to make my penis bigger but all of a sudden after a week i no longer get thick stronger erection, i can't get my penis up fully as before, i am afraid if i might have accidentally damaged any of the capillaries during this process and i am very scared at the moment, PLEASE i need help, what can i do to get my erection back
