What are these yellow looking rods in my urine?

Out of curiosity I started urinating in water bottles now and then to see what comes out with my urine. Lately I've been seeing large amounts of yellow/orange looking rods mixed in that sinks to the bottom. I'm 40, healthy, exercise daily and eat plenty of veggies and drink plenty of water. I rarely drink anything but water except occasional tea. I don't know of any health issues except for a couple of kidney stones in the past. I do have pictures I would provide if I knew how. Any help would be appreciated.
