What can I do to help mondors disease heal?

I’ve had a Doppler ultrasound and been diagnosed with mondors disease 3 months ago. I’ve used heparin cream as treatment. The vein goes hard then slowly begins to go down then it will get hard again. It just won’t get better

That's rough.  Keep talking to your doctor about it.  https://emedicine.medscape.com/article/1087099-treatment  It does, for most people, get better on its own.  Usually pain subsides but the visible cord can take awhile.  I would try to be patient.
