Will long-term icing of testicles to increase sperm count cause damage?

So, here is the deal... My wife and I want to have a baby. I have heard icing the testicles can be helpful in male fertility issues. I want to ice my testicles as long as I can (not just over months, but throughout the day) but I need to know what is safe so I do not cause permanent damage.

Icing testicles is proven across the world to increase sperm motility, quantity as well as triple testosterone production in low-T men as well as solve varicocele veins.  Anyone who tells you otherwise is just shilling to get you on meds and keep you infertile and make money off you.
A reasonable schedule for infertility would be four times a day for 25 to 30 minutes each and of course always monitor your testiclesor and stop of it becomes uncomfortable

I would not do this at all if I were you. The evidence that it could do anything at all to improve your sperm quality simply is not there.
