bilateral orchidopexy?

Is it possible for penis erection normally, if the both testicles are removed? Means after removal of both testicles can penis gets erection normally as it shows before removal?

Hello,
An orchiectomy is an operation to remove your testicles. Removal of one testicle during Orchiectomy still enables you to have children and also to have erection during sexual intercourse but removal of both testicles often causes erectile dysfunction.
