Expert needed!! Detached Penis Frenelum!

8 days ago today I had an accident during intercourse, I thrusted into her vagina and felt a jolt of pain and I pulled out and blood was dripping from my penis,  the blood was coming from the back of the head (aerial view) I knew that I had snapped my frenelum! There is no part of the frenelum attached to the head of my penis. My foreskin returned to normal and it rolled back over the head and i bandaged it in an attempt to reduce bleeding, and blood loss stopped completely after a day. I have not been able to check it again since the incident because when I attempt to roll the foreskin back I get a shooting stingy pain, I can see where the top of my frenelum would be and it is completely gone. There is no irritation, itchiness,  pain or discomfort! Peeing is normal. When I think about it or attempt to check it (rolling back foreskin) I lose colour in my face, feel queezy and sick, hot and feint! As I also did when it happened. I am 16 and i am praying that if I need medical attention I.e check up or op, that I can be sedated as I know I would black out anyway! As q far as the rest of me goes I'm in perfect health! And as far as the exterior of my penis goes it's in perfect health! If it was possible to roll back my foreskin I would be able to at least compare it to what I remember looking like, but as I said, colour fades, temperature rises, black out is imminent! This only occurs if I attempt to check up on it! I intend to go see a urologist although I thought it best if I waited because of the effects it has on me when I attempt to check it. I need to be put to sleep if the urologist wants to investigate! Before the event, I had a very easily stimulated penis as in I could think about something and achieve an erection, but since the accident I have attempted to prevent any erection I feel coming because I'm scared that if I do get hard I could re-tear the cut (I assume I'm cut because of the blood immediately after) and/or do some other type of damage to anything that has hopefully healed! I plan to remain sex/masturbation free for at least six weeks! I will self check every 5/6 days, so that I forget the pain I felt the last time i attempted to check it! The pain I did feel however was only small but I feared if I continued to challenge it that the pain would become more intense. I need educated and explained answers hopefully with some sort of experience or back up! No one liners or answers like "go see a doctor" or "you need help" because believe you me I know this,  and I'm dreading it!! I have been physically active on 2 days were I played a small effortless game of football! If investigation is necessary and there is a chance of op, could I just be sedated and circumcised? Or is that not possible without a retracted foreskin?   I am quite honestly ****ING it and i will give any help required of me! Thank you for any and all answers, much appreciated thank you!

Went to a sexual health clinic, upon entry realised that was daft!  Went to hospital and turns out everything is okay, and I've been given Chloramphenicol 1.0% w/w eye ointment which is ironic but was told that it will help to promote healing down there, 3 times a day for two weeks! Thanks for nothing! Lol!
