I too had a problem of frequent urination. I would go each hour of the day at home, sometimes twice an hour, and wake up twice during the night to go to the bathroom. I found I didn't go so much at work or outside. I began to think I had just developed a habit, especially at home. So, I decided to rstrict going to the toilet and try to hold the urge for at least two hours between visits. Low and behold it worked. I found, with a little will power, I could reverse the frequent visits, and now I go every 4 or 5 hours and perhaps once during the night. It turned out to be a developed habit after all.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
Frequent micturition is a known side effect of proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole, lansaprazole etc) and probably that’s causing the problem. Maybe changing the therapy to one of the H2 receptor blockers like ranitidine may help.
I sincerely believe that helps. Please do keep me posted. Warm Regards.
