OK, this is going to be a stretch but I need to figure this out....
Quick summary. Diagnosed with hernia but have noticed pain in abdomen/testicles for days after ejaculation. What is it?
A couple weeks ago I noticed that after a ejaculation I began to feel a dull pain in my lower abdomen. It was not immediate (hours after). Things like my testicles hurting (a dull pain in both), sometimes a dull pain in my back, a need to pee much more often and a feeling like I was not done...... anyway... the pain got worse the next day and the feeling like I had to pee alot stayed the same... It seemed like after a few days (maybe 4) most symptoms went away. One that remained was a pain in my groin on the right side. It felt like a hernia (had one on the left side 18 years ago). After the 4th day of pain in the groin I went to my doctor. I told him about the groin pain (but did not discuss that it occurred after ejaculation). He felt around and said "you have a hernia... and it may be incarcerated since I can't push it back). He had me call a surgeon to set up an appointment. As I was leaving this doctors office (5:15 on a Friday) I told him about having to pee alot. He was not much concerned about this at the moment. He did ask if I have been with a different woman (which I have not) other than my wife... he took a urine sample for giggles looking for infection. There was no infection that he found. I met with a surgeon that next Friday. By then the pain was almost all gone and the need to pee alot had lessened. He said I have a Inguinal hernia. I am scheduled for surgery on the 8th of November.
Since then I have noticed that every time I ejaculate (more from masturbation than from intercourse) my testicles hurt for days. Also I feel rundown and achy.... It is kind of like clockwork... for the last four or five ejaculations I can guarantee I am going to feel like **** for 3 to 4 days after then it will get better. This last time (two days ago) my testicles hurt at the time of ejaculation (this is a new one).....
Now that I have described all lower abdomen symptoms in one email.... any ideas :-)
Thanks
