Hi,

Postvasectomy pain syndrome is a complication of vasectomy.

The other symptoms of reduced sensation during intercourse and reduced ejaculate could be attributable to the vasectomy, but will need to have a prostate component ruled out.

You will need to have a prostate examination done to check whether your symptoms could be due to a prostate inflammation or enlargement.

If there is no prostate involvement, investigations will need to be undertaken to identify the cause of the pain.

In the meantime, try to avoid prostate irritants.

These include caffeine, alcohol, citrus fruits, and spicy foods.

Do keep us posted on your doubts and progress.
Regards
