so I'm 15 and I used to masturbate since I was 12 years old, I heard that masturbation is bad so I stopped for about 2 weeks now.
however when I used to masturbate no semen came out, but now when I pee my urine is white. is that semen mixed with urine? and until now if I masturbate like once a week I feel orgasm but I don't see any semen.

There is nothing wrong with masturbating. Just don't be too rough on yourself and use a sexual lubricant if you are dry.
It is hard to say if the semen is mixed in with your urine or not.
Do you have any other symptoms when you pee?
It may be a good idea to book an appointment to see your doctor and get your urine examined for any infections and you examined to make sure everything is fine. Having white urine is certainly not normal. It may just be that you are still not fully developed sexually that no semen is coming out when you feel an orgasm.
