MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These can be small pieces of kidney stones. There can also be worms or parasitic infestation of the urinary bladder causing schistosomiasis which is infection with a type of Schistosoma parasite  but it causes frequent urination, painful urination (dysuria), and blood in the urine as its urinary symptoms.

I suggest you to get your urinalysis taken and a complete blood count also. The presence of parasites can be detected based on the increased levels of eosinophils in the blood. You also need an ultrasound of kidneys, ureters and urinary bladder.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Been to your doctor?  That is always a good idea.  When in doubt, get checked out.
