MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your reports, varicocele should be ruled out. It is a widening of the veins along the cord that holds up a man's testicles (spermatic cord). Varicoceles usually develop slowly. They are more common in men ages 15 - 25 and are most often seen on the left side of the scrotum.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
