For CVI running from feet to groin, is cath inserted at ankle or knee at procedures?
Why on earth is it not made clear on any of the informational video's (VNUS, Venaseal, Varithena Etc.) as to whether the catheter is inserted at the ankle-upward, or the knee-upward? And if they insert it at the knee-upward, then how does that resolve the diseased GSV which also runs from the knee through the foot?
