is it safe to do boxing with bad varicose veins in both legs?

I a 30 years old I currently have terrible varicose veins in both upper legs running down to my feet.  I am on hospital waiting list but it's three years and as i have no money to go private I have to just bear it.  I wear compression stockings most days.  The problem is I am a boxer in training and every time I train the veins get worse. Every night I extend my feet up to let the blood flow back down.
But the main question is is it safe to continue boxing or will this exercise make my veins worse and ruin my life in later years?
