Vitamin D deficiency symptoms

Is there any connection between abdominal discomfort/pain and low vitamin D?

I recently had blood work and a ultrasound on my abdomen. I have to wait for my follow-up appointment for my results but I'm curious if aside from muscle pain, back pain, fatige, anxiety,  depression. It also causes diffuse abdominal pain.

Vitamin D deficiency can manifest in various ways and can affect different aspects of your health. Some common symptoms of vitamin D deficiency include:
Fatigue and Tiredness: Feeling tired even after getting enough sleep can be a sign of vitamin D deficiency.
Bone and Back Pain: Vitamin D plays a crucial role in maintaining bone health. Deficiency can lead to bone pain and lower back pain.
Muscle Weakness: Inadequate vitamin D levels can contribute to muscle weakness, impacting your overall strength and physical performance.
Impaired Wound Healing: Slow healing of wounds or cuts can be an indication of insufficient vitamin D in the body.
Depressed Mood: Some research suggests a link between vitamin D deficiency and symptoms of depression.
Hair Loss: While not as common, severe deficiency might contribute to hair loss or hair thinning.
Impaired Immune Function: Vitamin D is essential for a healthy immune system. Its deficiency may lead to increased susceptibility to infections and illnesses.
It's crucial to consult a healthcare professional if you suspect you might have a vitamin D deficiency, as they can provide proper guidance and recommend suitable supplements or dietary changes.

Vitamin D is needed for calcium absorption. Potentially could be due to low calcium levels. I found this online from the National Library of Medicine

“Changes in smooth muscle function with low serum levels of calcium may cause irritability of the autonomic ganglia and can result in dysphagia, abdominal pain, biliary colic, wheezing, and dyspnea.”
