Plant based Omega-3

If you are vegetarian or vegan what foods do you eat or supplements do you take or what combination of both do you use to ensure you get enough Omega-3?

I eat hemp seeds.

Thanks for the list. I avoid soy and flax due to a health issue. I do eat pumpkin seeds and walnuts as well as plenty of vegetables and fruit. Interesting about papaya. Ideally I would like to get it from food rather than have to purchase an expensive supplement that I don't feel 100% comfortable with.
