Bra Buldge

I have a question.

I have a buldge below both breast, one side more defined than the other.

Is this just fat?

Maybe you just need a better fitting bra, consider being measured for one.

I agree; I'm sorry I didn't respond to your question.  We can't know what the bulge is, but if it's a concern for you, perhaps it would be a good idea if you consult with your doctor.
