Do being underweight cause balance problems?

I'm asking this because I got lung infection this year and I have lost almost 20kg , I am tall and my head is bigger than average,  when I walk I feel like a walking lollipop, like I will fall, eyes àre heavy,I feel neck pressure, head pressure.
I used to weigh 80kg always, but I have started to feel head pain and weirdness this year. I don't know if the cause is the infection I'm being treated
I forget to mention the infection  is called tuberculosis,  not very common in the USA , I don't live in there, but I don't know how I got this thing

You say tall but not how tall.  It is possible when you lose a lot of weight quickly that you can be deficient in nutrients, especially if the weight loss is being caused by you eating less food.  Tuberculosis is now uncommon in the US, but not nonexistent.  It came back some with HIV.  I did get the TB vaccine when I was a kid, but as it's so uncommon now the vaccination program is a more targeted one.  But it is still very common in large portions of the world because of a lack of vaccination and a surfeit of other diseases that make it more possible, again such as HIV.  Which means, you might be suffering from something along with TB.  TB can cause loss of appetite and weight loss, and so can the medication used to treat it.  This is a very serious disease, and you might also have these symptoms from the disease itself.  This is definitely something to discuss with your doctors.  Also, poor nutrition can make one more susceptible to getting TB, but of course it can make folks more susceptible to most things as well.  It's possible you are lacking electrolytes, which your docs can test for.
