In Feb was told I was a type 2 diabetic.I must loose weight!I am 4/11 & wieght 180.I started an on line diabetic diet( eating every 3 hours).I eat lots of veg's fruit for snacks only use wheat or pumpernickle bread (not every day)only drinking 20 ounces of water ,trying to drink more.I go to CURVES 6 days a week & walk the tredmill every other day for 30 minutes.I have lost 2 lbs. I am 73 years old,had a mini stroke, have HBP(under control) & have thyroid take meds for.For 30 years I weighted 110.Never be that size again ,would like to drop 25 lbs.
any suggestions? HELP!
