Ive always fluctuated with weight but always kept it under control. But evr since i quit smoking 6 months back, i cant seem to keep my weight under control. I continue to work out and cant stop eating rice. I do high impact aerobics and drink a lot of water but not only am i not losing weight but im actually putting on. I have two kids. one is 11 n the other 5. My weight is 56 kgs now. Id like to ideally be 51-52. Please help!!! im very close to getting into a depression!!!
