Hey boo.well in order to keep me self motivated I usually go on you tube and watch motivational videos.I also try working out with others so my work out don't get boarding.
Just keep working at it... Typically, once you lose a couple of pounds and see your hard work paying off, that's the incentive to keep working at it.
You'll see that as you work out, the exercises will be come easier and easier, so you'll know that your body is getting into better shape. That always makes me feel better and motivates me to work harder.
Keep a diary of what you're doing, how much you're eating, etc, so you can track your progress. That, too, is motivation to keep going.
