Diet/Weight loss plan

So school is ending for me & I really want to loose weight I'm 13...5'9....& weight 180 I need help on a plan I can stick with & exercises I can do please any help ??

Work on diet which is 80% effective for weight lost. Cut out junk foods and start eating foods made from scratch. Eat less sugars, sweets and simple carbs. Eat more veggies and some protein. Try following bodyrock.tv for workouts and go running as well.
