Do things really work?

I've heard about so many things you can do to "flush the fat" is there any magic something out there? I eat pretty healthily, It's just been so hard to lose, weingt. I need to lose about 20lbs. I usually don't have the energy to work aout consistently. Can anyone tell me, what can boost my metabolism, burn fat? I've tried some products but they had so much caffeine, I got horribly sick and was very jittery? Also I'm looking for a reputable well working colon cleansing product.. Someone help me please.. THANKS!!

I agree with the other posters. There is nothing magic that is going to make the weight come off. Proper nutrition and exercise is going to be the most effective option.

Drink lots of water and eat clean food with good Protein and complex Carbs. This, alone, will give you good energy.

Fast food always makes you feel rough after a while. You may feel good at first because of the insulin release but energy wise, it makes u sluggish in the long run.

I have heard the fat flushes are mostly just water so basically drinking water would do the same thing!! As far as energy you might try one a day vitamins weight smart advanced! They do have the caffeine stuff to give you energy but not too much and i believe they do help regulate your weight just make sure you have food in your stomach b4 taking them otherwise they can give you that yucky jittery feeling, i usually take an hr after i have eaten!

I don't know of any "magic something" that will flush the fat.......  There are also a variety of good colon cleansers.

I might suggest that you try taking a daily probiotic to help keep your digestive tract working properly.

Additionally, since you say you are too "tired to work out consistently" I'd also like to suggest that you talk to your doctor about the possibility of getting your thyroid checked.  Hypothyroidism and/or Hashimoto's Thyroiditis can cause weight gain, fatigue, slow metabolism and a host of other symptoms.  It's always worth ruling it out and while you are at it, you might also try to rule out insulin resistance, PCOS, etc.

Beyond that - healthy eating and regular exercise are the way to go.  Try the new food diary that MH just put out - that will help you keep track of the calories you are eating every day - it might surprise you.......

Good luck and keep posting so we know how you are doing....
