losing weight is really about counting calories in vs calories out. But I am the same height and weight and I think that I am at the perfect weight. I would like to lose maybe five more pounds but nothing too drastic because I am a woman that has curves. :-)
The title of you post says you want to lose weight in a month... do you really think you can lose 35 pounds in one month? It's not going to happen.
At 15, your body isn't even fully developed and trying to lose mega amounts of weight is equivalent to yoyo dieting. If you start that at your age, you will have a terrible time maintaining a healthy weight as you get older.
You need to talk to your parents and have them help you come up with a healthy eating and exercise program that you can stick with over the long term. That means making lifestyle changes that will become lifelong habits.
