Slow Metabolism

LadyBear51External User
I used to walk on my breaks where I worked several years ago, but since I got let go, I just can't seem to get back into the routine.  I'm a yo-yo dieter and am constantly trying to lose weight.   How can I rev up my metabolism?  I've gone to Weight Watchers and love their program(s), but right now I'm not financially able to attend and my weight has crept up to 195 (again).  I also need to do exercises that fit my health issues (bladder leakage; 25 lb weight limit, etc).  My willpower has literally gone out the window.  Any suggestions?

here are some steps which helps you to your target ......
Start weight training:-  Increasing your muscle mass will speed up your metabolism naturally, so add weight lifting into your workout routine.

Eat more protein:-  protein requires more effort to digest, so your body burns more calories just trying to process it.

each time after eating , try to not to sit ....contnue to work for some by which your heartbeats increase ...increases meatabolic process!!

try this !! good Luck !!

For exercising- try googling SuperBody SuperBrain by Michael Wallace-Gonzales. You can do it at home only 10minutes per session 3x per day-- As far as metabolism-try eating coconut oil and cutting back on sugar and carbs. I need motivation too so I don't have the answer for that! But try to keep posting on here and it has been working for me for the past couple days.
