Well, it looks like everyone is doing good, in spite of a couple of gains; a hysterectomy and vacation are good excuses for a setback!!
Welcome to Icntkickit - as TrudieC said - just start posting. We also have a Weekly challenge going on, which can be found here:

Welcome also to dinergal - there are quite a few of us who have Hashimoto's or other thyroid issues, so you aren't alone. Your levo probably does as much or more than anything else you take to make you feel good. I just saw my endo this morning and got my dosage increased.
If you are using the weight tracker, you will see just below the white area in which you type your comments, a blue arrow pointing to Show Ticker. Click on that and it will say "add one of your tickers to the bottom of this post". Click the "down arrow", then click on Weight Tracker. That will put the little weight tracker at the bottom of your post, but you won't see it there until after you've clicked on the green "post comment" button.
Wow fearbrandon -- you are doing great with a 76 lb loss in 13 months. 14 lbs by Sep 21 is a pretty tall order and that's a lot to lose in one month, but keep working on it.
I lost .2 lbs this week. Not bad considering I stopped exercising and stressing the diet during finals week. Now I am back on it hard core...well the diet...I will get back on the exercise as well this week.
Before your click "Post Comment" on the left there is "Show Ticker" Click on that and it will show.
ok.. ive been tracking my weight loss on here for exactly 13 months to date. i have lost 3 lbs this week. 14 more to go till my bday - sept 21st. gonna be tough. im down 76 in 13 months since tracking my weight.
I am new here and found this by accident. I am glad I did. I have Hashimoto's/ Sjogren's syndrome/EBV/Chiari Malformation/Fibromyalgia...basically, an autoimmune disaster mixed with a brain too large for my skull BUT I refuse to give in to any of my DX. I finally found a Dr that listens and has given me the best care for the last 9 mons. I have found a wounderful life change that has made me lose 20lbs and I feel great in respect to all my other issues. I have gone Organic and whole foods only. My energy is up and alot of various aches and pains are virtually gone. Yes, I am on Levothyroxine 150 and that, I am sure, helps agreat deal ,too.
How do I get one of those nifty weight-loss bars at the bottom of the postings?
I am up about 2 lb this week... I think its mostly that nasty "monthly friend, aka enemy" issue though. I have been pretty good about eating healthy this week and also done plenty of exercise. I see the Dr. for the post-op (hysteroscopy) visit this Friday so then I will know what is going on (hopefully).
So, now I am sitting at 182-ish. My goal is to be at the 175 mark in the month or so.
I'm still stuck on 156lbs! have been really, really naughty this week, eating all sorts of things I shouldn't. Will try harder next week. :(
Edi-t My sale was off! I reset it and tested it (weighted my kiddo) and now it's right on! Down 3.8lbs!!
Gained .6lb :( I need to learn say no and not give in to my husband who needs to lose weight too. I eat and exercise much better on days that he works. We are only two weeks into trying to change things and seriously lose weight. It's gonna be hard but we need to do it, for us and our daughter. I trying to lose around 70lb and my husband is trying lose 200lb. See you next week!
Icntkickit, just start posting. Welcome!
I want to join in, can someone tell me HOW??
Down a half a lb. Probably just water weight or more muscle mass. Didn't eat great this week. None of my normal foods sounded good. No exercise yet so didn't bother with measurements.
Hi there! So happy to report that I am getting back on course. I went way up during the week but once I put more focus and got regular with taking PBX to control my appetitie I went down 3 lbs. For the week I am down .6 lbs. I hate that I have to calculate my status for the week. The weight tracker calculates it from the Monday to the Sunday, not the Sunday to the Sunday. I think I'm going to put in a request for that chance.
In addition to caring for my Dad this week, I also had my 10-1/2 year old nephew staying with me. That meant preparing meals which both would enjoy---which, unfortunately meant less than healthy meals. (I try to entice Jake to eat more healthily so he won't develop the weight issues of his ancestors, but I rarely succeed. And Dad's too old to change his stripes; he claims I'm "starving him" when he's taking in 2200-2800 calories most days! Though I did get away with feeding them whole grain hamburger rolls, high fiber spaghetti and reduced fat/sugar ice cream.) I had to shuttle Dad to doctors appointments and Jake to activities, so that left little time for meal prep or logging in my diary. So, got a bit off course, caved & ate some of the junk Jake wanted, but---for the most part---still limited myself (for example resisting the onion rings & french fries). Got a little more exercise this week (though not much). Am lucky to have managed a 1 lb. weight loss. Am in the 170s (barely) now & hope to never see the 180s again.
O.K., I've been M.I.A. for a couple of weeks. I went on vacation and said forget it. I've been doing pretty good the last week but not good enough to lose any weight. I didn't just put on water I put on fat. The water is gone and now all that's left is the fat. I'm 129.6 today and would like to be down two pounds by next Sunday. This weight isn't going to come off as fast as usual. I'm feeling ready to do this, so, here I go!
