Sunday Weigh in - June 29, 2014

Good Morning again... my how quickly the weeks are going by!!  I can't believe yet another has passed and it's time to weigh in again.

I've done pretty good again this week.  While I didn't manage to lose an entire pound, I did go down by 0.8, so I'm good with that.  I've done well with the exercise and not too bad with the food, but I know I can do better with both - for instance, I really didn't "need" 2 helpings of pasta yesterday, now did I?

I've only been out walking a couple of mornings this past week, so I need to try to step that up, but over the next couple of weeks, that will probably go down, instead of up, since we'll be getting ready to leave for vacation and I have a lot of things I need to get done.

Anyway - how about you?  Have you managed to meet your goal?  If so, congratulations.  If not, is there something we can do to help you?

I can't help noticing that there's been very little participation in the weigh-ins the past few weeks... would it be better if I suspend them for the summer?

Remember... we all win, by losing - weight, that is.

Wishing everyone a wonderful, successful week.

I have been doing vigorous circuit training for 20 minutes a day for five days.  I have completely changed the way I eat. I stay under 1300 calories, but eat 5-6 meals a day.  I have lost 6 pounds and at least 1/4 to an inch on all measurements.  This is the easy weight so I know it will pour off.  Once I hit the 10 pound mark, I know it will slow down!  So far it has been pretty easy although I am sore.  Good luck to everyone!

Hi!

I was out of internet for some time so I couldn't share my progress with you but I sure didn't gave up on my program.

Since the last time that I was here (about a month ago) I manage to lose 4.7 Ibs. It's not as much as I wanted it to be but it still sounds great as I write it now.

Wow, I actually wanted to say something about how much more I need to work because I'm not going anywhere; but now I'm pretty much satisfied.

So, now I'm ready to work more and eat less. But I know the most important thing is to remain happy and not to hit my head a wall for everything I eat.

Wish good luck to you Barb, and everyone else who made it this long :D
