There's no "magical" way to lose weight; if you aren't willing to put some effort into eating right, there's not a lot we can do to help........
You might check out the Weight Loss Alternatives forum -- there's all kinds of "get slim quickly" programs there, that might help, but beware --- once you stop the programs, you will gain back the weight (plus some).
Eating right doesn't have to be gross and tasteless. Baked chicken is lean and juice, add some pepper and spices and its awesome. Ive been eating well and going to the gym 6 days a week with slight weight gain. So if you find the weightloss miracle, let me know.
