Weight loss help

Hi, I'm 176 cm and 80 kg. I really want to lose weight and have started this journey countless times. I never seem to stick to it, I don't know how to start - should I eat more small or less big meals? How do I speed up my metabolism? When do i star to see results? (Impatience is a big flaw of mine) Should I do less of weight trainings? ( i train crossfit 5x a week). Do I need green coffee or something like that? Is it a bat thing if I eat less than I'm supposed to? Every advice is gracefully accepted! Thank youuu :)

Two words: dukan diet. The only one with results. The trick is to do exactly like he says. We tend to do longer periods or shorter but is amazing if you do it like he says

My suggestion is to not put too much enphasis on all areas of nutrition. It needs, in my opinion, to be a gradual rewarding, expecting transition. Make the decision to eat more healthy and to become more active (parking further from the entrance). Then give your body a month to adjust to these changes and step on the scale. Its likely that you will see results. Then its good to increase what your doing because our bodies are so smart and they adapte to the changes. If you make a mistake and eat a piece of cake or fries; try not to beat yourself up over it. Get back on track with healthy decisions throughout the day...its a lifestyle change not a diet!
