I'm willing to give up bad habits for good one, definitely!
I swim 4 times a week at the moment and I do a lot of walking during the day, I am willing to change most things about the way I eat because I like all food and i can go without certain foods for ages

First make a daily workout. (It could include sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, running, etc..) then put yourself on a diet.DON'T STARVE YOURSELF! if you starve yourself your stomach can shrink and badly hurt. If you do this ^ you should find differences quickly.
