Its really frustrating eventhough ive been dieting (eating healthy with calorie deficit) and exercising (cardio + weight) religiously 4-5x a week - i have another 22Ibs to loose please HELP !!!

What program is your sister on?
Welcome to the club. Me and my seven sisters have been struggling with losing the pregnancy weight. After trying many well known weight loss programs, we finally discovered something that works. One of my sisters has lost 50 lbs in 5 months.
Know that there is a program that will help you achieve your goals.
We're all here for you.... What things are you doing to try to lose weight? Counting calories? Exercise? Let us know what you've tried, so we can make further suggestions.
we have an almost identical story! i'm 180, 4'11, two kids and hypothyroidism! we can do it!!
I would love to join your weight loss group! I'm 25 and have 2 kids, since having them I have struggled to loose weight as well as treat hypothyroidism, it's a constant struggle and I have a lot of weight to loose, I'm also 4'11" and have topped my weight at an all time high of 202. I need people who understand and can help keep me motivated when I get frustrated and just want to give up!
As you know, I did the weigh in thread... it got good participation and I'll keep it going.
We used to, also, have weight loss challenges and I stopped for lack of participation...... I'm planning to start those back up, as well. I hope you'll participate.......

Hi Barb!.. I actually got the idea to do this from when you did it before! I was looking to see if you were still doing it and couldn't find anything so I decided to try to start something myself... I've very recently started a new job that is proving to take up lots of time/energy so I would be VERY happy if you would be able to start up another weigh in thread :) I remember from before that this really helped me with giving me the push I needed to lose weight :) ... Sundays work for me :)

I also have hypothyroidism, being treated and it's been well regulated for a few years.
I'm 22 and just had my 2nd child, started doing zumba every other day right now and eating healthier since I've been given the okay after my c-section to start, I definitely think it's a good idea for us to have a support group and try to push each other, I'm hoping to lose about 40-45lbs, I got up to 200 by 40 weeks and I'm only 4'11, I'm now about 180, almost 3 months pp and breastfeeding. Definitely can afford to lose at least 40lbs. I would love doing weekly weigh ins, I'm getting my new digital scale this week!
The community is a group and our goal is to help provide help, motivation and encouragement for our members to reach their personal goals.
We really can only "push" ourselves to reach our goals; we can ask each other to help us hold ourselves accountable.
We used to do that via a weekly weigh in, but I stopped posting that, due to lack of participation; if you'd like to see that come back, I can easily start it back up again. We weighed in, on Sunday and that's when I posted the weigh in thread, but if another weigh in day works best, it can be changed; I can post a weigh in thread on whatever day the majority of members would want to weigh.
Hiya! I joined Slimming World 3 months ago and have never looked back! It's not a diet, it's a healthy eating plan. You don't even need to join group and pay, but I find it useful for support and to motivate myself to stay on track. I would love however to find more people on here also actively losing weight as apart from group, I don't ha e this in common with anyone else! :( even in my group a lot of people seem to give in really easily and have bad weeks all the time! I had 56lb to lose, and I've lost 26lb so far :) good luck, and hope you find your way to a healthier lifestyle, whichever way you choose!
