Had to log breakfast this morning as not eating it is my downfall and trying to keep myself accountable.
One slice whole wheat toast
Boiled egg
Lift Off energy drink
One hard boiled egg and coffee. Not much, but all I could handle at 4:30 am.
Hi I'm new...
I did not have time to pack my usual breakfast but I had some instant oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda, maybe 1/2 ounce of LF cheddar and 2 RF triscuits.
I had a packet of Kashi vanilla oatmeal, a small banana and a sprinkle of organic peanut butter chips. Came to 280 calories. Had some tea and took my multivitamin too!
TrudieC that baked oatmeal sounds amazing! I'll be keeping an out for that recipe on the healthy cooking forum!
I had a yogurt, 110 cal.
I am using the weight watchers point system (not attending meetings- costs to much to stand on a scale), and I started it yesterday. Woke up not feeling hungry at all so I thought a yogurt would be a good little something to put in my stomach.
I had a bowl of Nature's Path Organic Maple Nut Instant Hot Oatmeal made with 1% milk (oatmeal is 210 calories) and a handful of raisins. Had 3 oz. orange juice and two coffees with a dollop of 1% milk.
Last week I had the most amazing healthy and low calorie breakfast where you mix milk, oatmeal, sliced almonds, a wee bit of maple syrup and brown sugar and cinnamon and bake it. It tastes sinful. As soon as I find my cookbook that it came from I'll post it on healthy cooking forum.
I just ate a bowl of plain bran flakes with 1% milk.

I had a moderate bowl of raisin bran, 1/2 a banana, coffee, and skim milk. I prefer soy milk, but am cutting back due to $$.
I don't measure or count. I know I probably should, but I swear it stresses me out too much. But I am back on breakfast, I'd been skipping it and I don't think that was helping at all!
I had a weight watchers bagel which i think is a points value of 2 with about 1 1/2 TBS of Natural Peanut Butter and a small Iced tea (fresh brewed) with lemon. I bought a banana too, but havent eaten it yet.
Thanks for this thread Ranae! Breakfast is my downfall...seeing this first thing in the morning reminded me to have some.
So...this morning I had:
1 piece wheat toast dry
1 banana
1 glass Herbalife Lift Off energy drink (0 cals, 100% C, 100% B)
Not much...but I am working towards it. ; ) Definitely better than nothing at all.
