Really glad to found this site last night and i decided to participate (for first time !) in this forum.

I am 23 years old and 89,700 kg
I had weight broblems since i remembered my self.. I did so many diets...Anyway..
I started a serious effort 2 weeks ago. You know less bread , less sweets , less everything.. Resaults were so and so(1,500 kg) maybe im not doing something good enough..
I just felt that here i can get help with my problem and give to others if i can.

1.5kg is actually not bad for 2 weeks effort! ^_^ A lot of people on here have had great success with the Food Diary here on medhelp. It will not only keep track of calories, but give you complete protien/fat/carb & nutrient breakdowns. Part of losing weight is not just cutting back the bad stuff, but making sure you get enough of the good stuff.
