loosing weight

am 30 years,put on some weight,i weigh 65kgs and am 5ft tall,which is a sure healthy way to loose my kgs especially my tummy?

You also need strength training (squats, lunges, etc), which helps build muscle, which in turn, burns fat.  One day, you can do cardio, the next strength training.
