The most important thing to remember your always back on track with your next meal. Eat what you wish a holiday meals, just eat one half or one third of what you would eat when not dieting. Control your portions not your desires, this will help you avoid frustrations that increase hunger.
You'll do it. Your conscious of what your eating, that's a plus. i12bhealthy, is right, don't deprive yourself. Exercise if you feel well enough. It will help you stay on track.
Holidays are difficult when everyone brings around treats and there are parties at with friends, family, and at work. Don't give up and keep your goals in mind. You will get back on track! Are you feeling stressed due tot he holidays? Why not do some fun winter activities to burn off any extra calories you might have consumed? Don't deprive yourself - just limit your intake of "goodies" and up your activities.
