I had the exact same experience.
Numbness/tingling.  Thought I was having a heart attack.  EKG and CT scan.  They say I have a pinched nerve but I just don't buy it.  Did your neck pain go away after stopping adipex?

Side effects of phentermine include tingling/prickling in hands/feet, rapid heart rate, increased blood pressure, dry mouth and sleeplessness, among others.

The problem with taking drugs to lose weight is that one is likely to gain the weight back when it's stopped, unless there's been a diet change, as well.

I was on phetermine for a year and so was my best firend. In the beginning I had some minor side effects like dry mouth loss of hunger, lots of energy. My firend had the same side effects but also developed insomnia. I thought she was crazy but after a while I developed insomnia and also had some chest pain and numbness in feet. Shortly after taking the pills I had a pulmonary embolism. Which is a blood colt in my lung. The doctors said that they have no idea how i could have developed it. So be very careful. I had great results I lost like 50 pounds in 3 months my friend lost 80 pounds in 7 months but I would be careful. By the way I gained the weight back plus more. So did my friend. P.S. My doctor preformed an EKG before giving me the pills.

I am taking Phentermine, but have had no side effects.

The pinched nerve could be causing the light-headedness along with the feeling faint. Have you felt any of those problems before the pinched nerve? if not, i'm sure thats what it is. I'm no doctor though.

Sorry! i hope everything subsides soon!!!
