You need to get a Nutribullet!  It's the best purchase I've ever made!  Comes with tons of delicious healthy recipes.  I probably use mine a least twice a day.  I now eat veggies i would never go near before.  I make great protein shakes in it as well.

If you made the dip with fat free Greek yogurt, you're good to go.  Congrats on the 4 lb loss.

I've never been real big on veggies, either, but I've tried to "branch out" and start eating different ones.  I think a lot of times, whether we like or dislike certain foods, depends on what we were exposed to as children.  I grew up on a farm in SD and we mostly ate potatoes, corn, tomatoes, meat, etc - not a large variety of veggies, so I've had to experiment and work at acquiring a taste for them.

I don’t know why people don’t like veggies I think is only way to be fit and fat free. But you just try water and boiled soup.

So I tried the cut up veggies and dip and I actually loved it. The dip wad really good. I even bought the light. I liked it some much I tried to convince my 6 yr old to try. She hates vegs more than me. Good tips. Bonus: I lost 4lbs

Carrots and green beans are both excellent, as are greens.  Corn is very starchy and should be avoided or limited to an occasional serving.

I agree that cut up, raw veggies are a good snack option.  Make the dip with plain Greek yogurt and you also have your protein serving, along with the veggies.

You might also try veggie juice, such as V-8 - be sure to opt for the low sodium variety.  I sometimes, drink a can of this, when I realize I'm not getting enough veggies.

Hello there,

Here's an idea for you.  You could put some baby carrots, cut up cucumber
slices and maybe some cut up slices of pepper (I like the yellow peppers)
in a plastic container. Perhaps you could have another smaller container
with some veggie dip. These need to be refrigerated though, especially the
veggie dip. The green peppers upset my stomach especially raw green peppers, I find yellow peppers are kinder to the stomach as far as digestion. This makes a good , low calorie snack.

I take a vitamin that provides 100% of the daily requirements for my veggies and fruits.  I buy it at my local Sam's Club.
