weight loss and pregnancy

How do I excerise and lose weight while I'm pregnant? I'm 8 weeks going on 9.

don't do much cardio or core excerisizes! maybe you could d just do muscle toning excerisizes like arms and legs?

I lost 15 pounds whn I was preggers n the doctor told me it was okay...I was 230 n dropped to 215...all I did was walk 3Xs a day M-F  15mins in the morning 30mins during lunch and 20mins after dinner...
