No bleeding after vacum aspiration(surgical abortion)

Had a Vacum Aspiration 7 days ago and no bleeding has occurred.Does this mean it didnt work?

What ever ended up happening?  Remember that a vacuum abortion means that the fetus was moved out of you via the equipment.  Some bleeding may happen after but it is not a tremendous amount and could be more like just spotting. So, I would not suspect that it didn't work but now some time has passed so you can tell us if that is correct.  Hope you are doing well now!
