Pediatric Pancreatitis pain medication

In the case of pediatric pancreatitis (ages 4, 8 and 12), when Tylenol doesn't work, what pain medication should be used to treat this severe pain?

That would be up to the treating physician.  No one here is a doctor, and it would be quite wrong to make suggestions for medications in this venue.
