back and hip pain

I have cronic back pain and pain in my hip.  I have a very hard time with side to side movement in my hip,  Have a hard time with bending over and getting out of bed in the morning. Any suggestions?

are you pregnant and that's why you are posting on here? i had pelvic pain due to symphsis pubis when i was pregnant and was told if it got too painful i would be referred to hospital to have it dealt with. if you are preg and the pain is due to this i would say talk to your midwife and see what she suggests, failing that go see your doctor.
