I have the same standard of what is losing one's virginity as AndieMD but know that other places and people with other cultures have differing definitions. The cervix has a lot of blood vessels and they can get irritated and bleed too but you don't say you put anything in you. Is it bright blood or brown blood. Sometimes we have old blood there and it has a brownish color and it can come out. Probably starting your period otherwise.
If you haven't had sex with another person inserting their penis into the vagina, then you're a virgin.
A broken hymen doesn't determine virginity, the physical act of intercourse does.
You could possibly break your hymen, but that can happen from tampons, horseback riding, bike riding, anything.
But you cannot lose your virginity by rubbing yourself.
If you HAVE NOT had sexual intercourse with another person: Virgin.
If you HAVE had sex with another person: Not a virgin.
